Sample Menu

7 day menu plan:

Day 1:

Breakfast: (Fruit salad with yoghurt and fresh bread)

  • Scramble eggs with mascarpone and chives served on toasted ciabatta roasted vine baby tomatoes and mushrooms.

Lunch:

  • Grilled chicken caesar salad, parmesan crisps

Dinner:

Canape:

  • Pickled beetroot, gravalax, herbed cream cheese, rice crackers

Starters:

  • Scallops wrapped in pancetta, greens, smoked spiced maple dressing

Mains:

  • Striploin, smoked aubergine, bourguignon sauce, couscous fritters

Dessert:

  • Light caramel panna cotta set on a chocolate crust with a butterscotch sauce

 

Day 2:

Breakfast: (Fruit salad with yoghurt and fresh bread)

  • Summer berry flap jacks served with maple syrup and crispy streaky bacon

Lunch:

  • Poppy seed encrusted salmon served on green asparagus crispy potato wafers with a lemon hollandaisse

Dinner:

Canape:

  • Phyllo baskets with smoked mozzarella, parma ham, crème fraiche and chives

Starters:

  • Basil avocado, tomato, tempura prawn, herbed sweet chili

Mains:

  • Herbed chicken supreme, pressed pomme aux gratin, french beans

Dessert:

  • Set rosé and champagne with berries and a cherry crème anglaise

 

Day 3:

Breakfast: (Fruit salad with yoghurt and fresh bread)

  • Cinnamon French toast served with fresh berries and nuts with syrup

Lunch:

  • Asian pork stir-fry, vegetables, vermicelli

Dinner:

Canape:

  • Pickled mixed peppers, goat cheese, truffle, crostini

Starters:

  • Caprese salad with prosciutto

Mains:

  • Seabass, sugar snap peas, asian black rice, asian glaze

Dessert:

  • Light cheesecake with summer berry sauce

 

Day 4:

Breakfast: (Fruit salad with yoghurt and fresh bread)

  • Croissant with scramble eggs, chives with smoked salmon

 

Lunch:

  • Shrimp scampi with linguine

Dinner:

Canape:

  • Fresh oysters, tomato, pickled cucumber, smoked chilli oil

Starters:

  • Truffled cauliflower soup

Mains:

  • Lamb loin, sweet roasted carrots, roasted radishes, fondant potatoes

 

Dessert:

  • Chocolate mousse with a caramel base and raspberry coulis and cream

 

Day 5:

Breakfast: (Fruit salad with yoghurt)

  • Thinly rolled pancakes served with cinnamon syrup, minted mango salsa, lemon infusion

 

Lunch:

  • Greek quinoa salad, citrus chicken

 

Dinner:

Canape:

  • Scallops with a lemon froth, pea shoots and chives

Starters:

  • Crabcakes, spiced microgreens, gremolata

Mains:

  • Chilli chocolate-spiced duck, butternut puree, mushrooms, arugula

 

Dessert:

  • Upside down peach tart with minted crème anglaise

 

Day 6:

Breakfast: (Fruit salad with yoghurt and fresh bread)

  • Soft poached eggs served on a toasted English muffin drizzled with hollandaise

 

Lunch:

  • Mexican salsa salad with lime dressing, marinated skirt steak

Dinner:

Canape:

  • Orange, black bean and spinach, steamed wontons served with a ponzu dressing and scallions

Starters:

  • Tuna tataki

Mains:

  • Lobster, scallop, tomato risotto, basil oil, roasted tomatoes

Dessert:

  • Hazelnut crème brulee

 

Day 7:

Breakfast:

  • Full English breakfast – eggs, bacon, roasted herbed tomatoes, sautéed mushrooms, toast, mixed fruit platter

Lunch:

  • Lentil falafel, lox, lemon cream sauce, roasted vegetables, celeriac shavings

Dinner:

Canape:

  • Tomato, aubergine, and feta baked tarts with basil sauce

Starters:

  • Prawn bisque, poached calamari, herb oil

Mains:

  • Sliced beef ribeye with garlic, ginger and almond green beans and a twisted Béarnaise with crisp fries

Dessert:

Salt baked pineapple served with mascarpone , fresh basil and lemon verbena
